Each and every individual and couple is unique; and so too are the feelings, issues and special situations that each face. You may feel your life is not all you want it to be as a result of feeling blocked, limiting perceptions, difficulties with trust or letting go or other issues.
You may be feeling dissatisfied with life or relationships, but not know where this is coming from; or why. We can work with you to create a greater sense of balance and harmony in order to help you make the most of your life.
Paul, Lucy and Estelle have all studied the work of spiritual psychologists such as Byron Katie and Marianne Williamson; Estelle is a qualified practicing life coach.
Pre Wedding Coaching and Support
Getting married can stir up a lot of emotions – for you and all those around you. Inner and outer worlds are changing. Feelings, thoughts and ways of being are being challenged. In planning a wedding we believe it is important that you don’t forget yourself in the preparation for the day.
We can work with couples to help them to explore their core values and expectations for their new relationship through pre wedding coaching sessions. This provides the opportunity to explore each other’s beliefs and intentions, in a safe and non judgemental environment.
We believe this can lead to a greater clarity and honesty between the couple which in turn creates a deeper and more meaningful understanding as they embark on a shared future together.
Furthermore we can work with you to ensure that you have all the support you need to feel calm, and in control throughout the preparation process; enabling both you, and everyone else around you, to be totally clear, centred, positive and inspired on the day.
Taking time out to build on your love through deep enquiry will strengthen the foundation of your relationship for the future. You may at some point also feel that further on going or ad hoc support with us would also be beneficial to you both in the future.
Spiritual Connection
You are amazing. Life is special.
Spiritual connection helps support individuals in enquiring more deeply about themselves from a spiritual perspective. It can help us to remember that we are much more than our personal history, story and personality. It can help develop and/ or strengthen our connection with the God of our understanding; and our connection and love of ourselves and all those around us.
And ultimately bring clarity to who we are, where we are now and where we want to be.
Unlike conventional counselling, spiritual connection begins with the premise of each individual’s perfection. That we were created whole and perfect, are to be valued; and worthy of our and other peoples love and respect.
Sessions are unique, confidential and creative; using a combination of some or all of the following: guided meditation, visualisation, ritual, prayer, deep listening and silence.
Reiki
Reiki is a touch healing art from Japan that can help aid relaxation and bring peace and harmony to the mind, body and spirit. This is a beautiful and gentle practice that cultivates wellbeing and aids physical and emotional healing. As a complementary therapy, Reiki can be used in conjunction with western medical or allopathic treatments.
Paul, Lucy and Estelle are all experienced practitioners; Paul a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher.
Coming OUT Support
Reconciling your sexuality and the conflicting views in religions can be a challenge. We know about the trials of coming OUT; wanting to be authentic to yourself and yet mindful that not all people are willing to embrace your identity. Using coaching techniques and or work around spiritual connection our goal is to make any transition you need to make; a smooth one, knowing that you are supported fully along the way.
Gay Parenting Support
Parenting is an uplifting and rewarding experience, but there are times when as parents we are challenged. Adding parents’ sexuality into the equation may bring added angst at times, particularly if the family dynamics have changed due to a new same sex partner. By helping our clients to identify the needs they have as individuals as well as the needs of their children can help to honour and ease the situation.
Workshops and Inspirational Talks
Rainbow Heart Services are able to develop and facilitate creative workshops and deliver inspirational talks on a wide range of subjects. We are keen to develop one off specific events as well taking part in wider community conferences or workshops
Lucy and Estelle will be facilitating a workshop for LEFT (Lesbians Exploring Faith Together) on 20th – 22nd March titled “Exploring the Divine Feminine”.
